During October, RNDC recognizes National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). Established by the U.S. Department of Labor, NDEAM is our opportunity to dispel myths and stereotypes that create hurdles in the workplace for differently abled associates.
It is also a time to increase awareness and reinforce RNDC’s commitment to becoming an employer of choice for all. This is an important year for disability awareness.
