Gabe Ibáñez is a dynamic operations leader with over two decades of experience driving excellence across supply chain and distribution networks. Since joining RNDC in 2019, Gabe has been instrumental in shaping and advancing our operational strategy—most recently as Vice President of Field Operations—where his focus on execution, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration has delivered measurable impact.
Serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer, Gabe leads with a clear vision: to build a future-ready supply chain that’s agile, data-driven, and deeply aligned with the needs of our suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
A proud first-generation Mexican American and graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Gabe brings a global, people-first perspective shaped by his upbringing across Southern California, Mexico, and Japan. His leadership is grounded in authenticity, inclusion, and a passion for progress.
Beyond operations, Gabe is a champion for belonging at RNDC, as one of the original founding co-leads when the VIDA Associate Resource Group was launched—helping to foster a culture where every voice is heard and every team member can thrive.
