Grand Prairie, Texas, March 4, 2020 — Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), a world-class distributor of fine wines and spirits in North America, announces the next level of leadership appointments for the integrated RNDC/Young’s Market Company Corporate IT Team, led by Darrell Riekena, Chief Information Officer & EVP. Riekena joined Republic National Distributing Company in 2016 and since then has modernized technology to enhance the customer, supplier, and associate experiences. He is responsible for the company’s technology, cyber security, data and digital strategies, solution, and initiatives.
RNDC’s IT leadership team, reporting to Riekena, is an integrated team of Information Technology experts with diverse backgrounds.
Leading indirect procurement and vendor management services at the corporate level is Brian Kernan, VP, Indirect Procurement and Vendor Management. Kernan is responsible for effective sourcing strategies, spend optimization, and vendor management.
Tracy Ariail, SVP, Digital Transformation and Business Engagement, continues to lead RNDC’s data and digital initiatives, including eRNDC. In this role, Ariail drives transformative digital experiences and strategic data insight capabilities.
Leading the Program Management Office (PMO) is Laura Laday-Jones, VP, Enterprise PMO. Laday-Jones leads the enterprise planning and execution of RNDC’s portfolio of cross-functional programs.
Sriram Ranganathan has been appointed VP, Applications & Architecture, for RNDC’s Oracle Center of Excellence. In addition to Oracle solutions, Ranganathan leads the design, build, and delivery of RNDC’s Enterprise ERP.
Responsible for technology operations and the protection of the RNDC’s enterprise information assets is John Dickson, VP, Infrastructure and Cyber Security. Dickson continues to lead cyber security practices, technology operations, and infrastructure solutions including network, cloud, data centers, and unified communications.
The Corporate IT division reports to CFO Nick Mehall.
