Grand Prairie, Texas, February 25, 2020 – Republic National Distributing Company’s successful integration with Young’s Market Company (Young’s) continues as RNDC announces expanded roles and leaders for the new RNDC/Young’s National Accounts Team.

Greg Bowdish, Corporate EVP, National Accounts and Category Services, will lead the newly integrated National Accounts Team. Bowdish has more than 30 years of industry experience, entering the industry as a Gallo Distributor through the E. & J. Gallo Distributor program.  During the 2007 merger that created RNDC, he strategically designed a distributor-led approach for national and strategic customers that has been repeatedly recognized as customer-aligned and best-in-class for the industry.  In his expanded role, Bowdish will lead a team of successful industry professionals aligned and focused on delivering value and results for customer and supplier partners.

Leading the National Accounts – Retail Team is Dave Lane, Senior VP, National Accounts. Lane started with RNDC in June 2019. Prior to RNDC, he spent 13 years with Terlato Wines in a variety of progressive leadership roles including President and COO. Before joining Terlato, he spent 14 years with E. & J. Gallo Winery in senior management roles. Lane will be responsible for leading a diverse team that provides sales support and expertise to the many retail customers across the country.

Leading the National Accounts – On Premise Team is Jennifer Engel, Senior VP, National Accounts. Joining RNDC in January 2020, she brings a wealth of knowledge and years of successful industry experience from her leadership roles with Anheuser-Busch, Jackson Family Wines, Banfi, and Santa Margherita USA. Engel will be responsible for building and leading innovative teams while implementing customer-centric and sales-driven programs.

Leading the Category Services Team is Dirk van Renesse, Senior VP, Category Services. Prior to joining RNDC in 1996, he worked for the E. & J. Gallo Winery in a variety of management roles. He is recognized by the Category Management Association (CMA) as a Certified Professional Strategic Advisor. Van Renesse leads an experienced team that provides cutting-edge and preeminent tools that bundle market-level data with consumer insights intelligence that deliver forward-leaning customer assortment solutions.
