October 18, 2023 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), one of the nation’s leading wholesale beverage alcohol distributors, specializing in wine and spirits, announces the purchase of Natural State Distributing, leading independently-owned wine and spirits distribution and import company in Arkansas.
