GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, August 29, 2025—Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), reaffirmed its longstanding relationship with Pernod Ricard USA (PRUSA) with a major expansion that underscores a shared commitment to smarter growth and deeper collaboration. 

This announcement builds on RNDC’s April 2025 expansion of Código Tequila and TX Whiskey distribution into key U.S. markets including Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Montgomery County (MD), Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington, DC. TX Whiskey also continues to be distributed in Georgia, reinforcing RNDC’s role in supporting PRUSA’s core brands across its mainline footprint. 

Now, RNDC and PRUSA are taking the next step in their partnership by expanding into 10 new markets through the distribution of PRUSA’s GEM Spirits portfolio. Beginning September 1, 2025, RNDC will begin distribution in Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Wyoming, with a phased rollout continuing into October. 

This strategic expansion strengthens national alignment, sharpens portfolio focus, and unlocks new opportunities for long-term, sustainable growth. RNDC is energized to bring its signature executional excellence and data-driven insights to these newly appointed territories.
