Grand Prairie, Texas, Feb. 22, 2024 — Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) and Royal Wine and Spirits (RW&S) announced a strategic partnership effective on October 1, 2023. With this agreement, RNDC will continue to strengthen our partnership with RW&S, all while expanding our distribution agreement into 30 states.
RW&S brands included in the distribution agreement are Royal Prince, Ride & Ridden Wine Company, Slam Dunk, and SLATE. These brands were distributed by RNDC initially in the AZ, CA, CO, FL, LA, SC, and TX markets. Now, RNDC will distribute RW&S brands in the initial states plus AL, DC, HI, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MS, NE, NC, ND, NY, OH, OK, OR, SD, VA and WA.
Royal Wine & Spirits is committed to sourcing and making artisanal, handcrafted wines that consistently transcend their price points. RW&S sources their wines from Napa Valley, Sonoma to Paso Robles, and the Santa Rita Hills.
