“We look forward to this exciting chapter in our partnership with The Duckhorn Portfolio, as it marks new and innovative possibilities in our expansion within the premier luxury wine category,” said RNDC President and CEO Nick Mehall. “We anticipate that together, this will be an opportunity to elevate The Duckhorn Portfolio and its winery brands to new heights—ultimately fostering growth to drive mutual success and broaden our combined reach.”

“Duckhorn has worked with RNDC for decades and they have always been an excellent distributor that brings a spirit of cooperation to achieving our company’s goals,” said Pete Przybylinski, Executive Vice President, Chief Sales Officer of the Company. “As we have expanded our geographic commitment to RNDC, they have expanded their commitment to us. This will mean greater focus and investment in our winery brands, broader reach and deeper market penetration, and a shared focus on the Company’s growth that we believe will help us all to continue to outpace the market. We see many benefits of this enhanced relationship, not only for us and our distributors, but most importantly, for our retail customers and consumers.”
