Grand Prairie, Texas, June 11, 2024—Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with Treasury Wine Estates (ASX: TWE), marking a significant milestone in their strategic expansion. This enhanced collaboration, the sixth major wine win for RNDC in 2024, fosters a more tailored approach to market development and growth, aligning seamlessly with RNDC’s business unit structures.

The expansion follows TWE’s acquisition of DAOU Vineyards in December 2023, which has positioned Treasury Americas as one of the leading suppliers of luxury wines over $20 in the United States. Effective July 1, 2024, RNDC will represent both the TWE Portfolio and the DAOU Vineyards portfolio under a unified contract across 23 markets, the full TWE and DAOU Portfolio (Luxury and Premium) in 19 markets and DAOU in an additional four states. The acquisition of DAOU Vineyards has also allowed TWE to create two distinct consumer portfolios: one focused on luxury and the other on bold, market-disrupting innovation.

“We’re thrilled to continue building upon our relationship with Treasury Wine Estates and to unlock new opportunities together,” said Nick Mehall, President and CEO at RNDC. “Since 2021, our partnership has demonstrated the strength of our shared commitment to consumers, enhancing brand awareness and driving growth. This multistate contract firmly ties our two organizations together, elevating TWE’s brands and collectively raising the bar for luxury wines.”

Ben Dollard, President of Treasury Americas, emphasized the significance of the partnership, stating, “We have longstanding relationships with our distributor partners and aligned goals to drive growth. We now have a real opportunity to unlock the potential of each distinct portfolio with this partnership.”

TWE’s distinguished suite of brands includes DAOU Vineyards, Beaulieu Vineyard, Frank Family Vineyards, Stags’ Leap Winery, Penfolds, Beringer Vineyards, and Etude. Additionally, the market-disrupting recruitment portfolio features top innovations such as Snoop Cali Red and Snoop Cali Gold, spearheaded by 19 Crimes, Matua, Pessimist, St Hubert’s the Stag, Gabbiano, and Sterling Vineyards.
