Grand Prairie, Texas, May 17 2023 –Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), announces the acquisition of Young Won Trading Distribution.
“We’re excited to expand our footprint with this purchase,” said Bob Hendrickson, RNDC Chief Operations Officer. “This increases business in VA, MD, D.C., PA and expands our distribution to NC. We are excited to continue to broaden our beverage portfolio.”
Young Won Trading started distribution more than 30 years ago in NC, which is a new opportunity for RNDC. This will increase products of Sake, Soju, Korean Wine, Baijiu, and Asian Beer for RNDC.
