Grand Prairie, Texas, March 8, 2022 —Republic National Distributing Company, the national distributor and broker of premium wine and spirits, today announced the appointment of Wes Jackson to SVP, Commercial Finance and Productivity. Jackson is responsible for defining and executing the commercial finance and productivity initiatives as part of the broader commercial transformation. He reports to Jenn Engel, Chief Commercial Sales Officer.

“Wes successfully led major initiatives driving change across RNDC,” Engel said. “I’m excited to have him on my team to lead the commercial finance and productivity agenda.”

Jackson joined RNDC in 2016 as the State Sales Finance Director for Georgia. His progressive career has led to the role of Director, Finance Analytics and Insight and Vice President, Business Transformation and Productivity. In the latter role, he led the Shared Sales Services team. During the last few years, Jackson led various strategic initiatives driving synergy and preparing the organization for the ERP modernization program.

Prior to joining RNDC, Jackson held roles in finance and IT with Diageo and PepsiCo. He holds undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from Piedmont University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
