Joint Venture Expands RNDC’s Footprint to Include New York
Grand Prairie, Texas, Sept. 1, 2022 – Republic National Distributing Company, a top beverage alcohol distributor in the nation, and Opici Family Distributing today jointly announced the completion of their formal agreement creating an equal partnership between RNDC and Opici for their joint distribution of wine and spirits in the State of New York.

The official partnership is expected to launch on Sept. 1, 2022. The partnership does not extend to Opici’s other five markets.
