GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, April 16, 2025—Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), a leading national distributor of fine wine and spirits, today announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Jackson Family Wines in the state of Illinois.

This move further deepens the long-standing relationship between two family-owned companies dedicated to operational excellence and sustainable growth. Effective May 1, RNDC will begin representing Jackson Family Wines’ acclaimed portfolio across the Illinois market—including popular brands like Kendall-Jackson and La Crema; renowned estates such as Freemark Abbey and Hartford Court; luxury offerings like Vérité and Cardinale; and international properties like Tenuta di Arceno—across the Illinois market, with exclusivity beginning June 1.

“We are thrilled to further our partnership with Republic National Distributing Company with this expansion,” said Rick Tigner, President & CEO of Jackson Family Wines. “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to delivering exceptional wines to consumers. We look forward to building upon our successful history and achieving new milestones together in Illinois.”

Jackson Family Wines and RNDC have partnered for years in several key markets including Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Idaho, Washington DC, Nebraska, Alaska, South Dakota, and North Dakota, building a strong foundation that has enabled the growth of the winery’s diverse portfolio across the country. The Illinois expansion presents a natural next step in this collaboration and demonstrates the strength of a shared vision.

“Our partnership with Jackson Family Wines has always been rooted in our values—family heritage, innovation and a commitment to excellence,” said Bob Hendrickson, President and CEO of RNDC. “Expanding our footprint together in Illinois allows us to enhance service to our customers and deliver greater visibility of one of the industry’s most respected portfolios in a market full of opportunity. We are proud to deepen this relationship and look forward to continued success.”
Both companies are also aligned in their dedication to inclusivity and talent development. In 2022, Jackson Family Wines and RNDC joined forces to launch the Accelerate Program, a pioneering initiative focused on driving diversity and opening career pathways in the wine industry.
The Illinois market expansion marks another step forward in RNDC’s mission to elevate its supplier partnerships and deliver curated, high-quality offerings to trade partners and consumers across the country.
