Grand Prairie, Texas, March 3, 2022 —Republic National Distributing Company, the national distributor and broker of premium wine and spirits, today announced the appointment of Sanjay Shringarpure as our new Chief Information Officer, based in Atlanta, Ga. and reporting to CEO Nick Mehall. As CIO, Shringarpure is charged with helping RNDC accelerate RNDC’s digital footprint, deliver on ERP modernization, standardize data models and identify new technologies to position RNDC into the future.

“Sanjay’s experience with a supplier, combined with his work at financial institutions, make him uniquely qualified to take on the role of CIO for a beverage alcohol wholesale distributor,” Mehall said. “He will be a great addition to our leadership team.”

With more than eight years of experience at E.&J. Gallo Winery, Shringarpure led the Global Information Services organization to provide IT delivery and support. He was head of a corporate Business Process Excellence organization focused on architecting IT strategy to deliver competitive business advantage. He also guided enterprise-wide IT Project Management and Quality Assurance for the company, as well as served as a key member of the M&A opportunity and integration team.

Prior to joining Gallo, Shringarpure held leadership positions at ING, which later became Voya Financial. He begins his new role Monday, March 7, 2022.
