Shawn Higgins serves as Chief Supplier Development Officer at RNDC, where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen supplier relationships, define growth pathways across emerging and established categories, and deliver best-in-class commercial, financial, and analytical support to RNDC’s sales teams.

With more than 30 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, Shawn brings a deep understanding of supplier dynamics, commercial strategy, and team leadership. His approach is grounded in empathy, resilience, and a commitment to creating value.

Prior to joining RNDC, Shawn held senior leadership roles at Pernod Ricard USA, including Division Vice President and Vice President of RTM & Commercial Operations, overseeing supplier portfolio performance across key markets such as California, Florida, Louisiana, New York, and Texas. His career also includes impactful roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery and Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he built a strong foundation in sales, operations, and strategic execution.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business from the University of Notre Dame and has completed executive management programs at INSEAD (France) and the Wharton School of Business.
