The Coronavirus has created a unique set of challenges for people dealing with or on the cusp of suicidal thoughts. According to the Center of Disease Control and Prevention, the isolation of social distancing and the uncertainty the virus created in our work and personal lives increased symptoms of anxiety and depression.

During September, RNDC will recognize Suicide Prevention Month and provide you with information and resources to cope with suicidal thoughts or support someone displaying warning signs of suicide.

If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal ideation, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
