RNDC proudly celebrates Black History Month, a time to acknowledge the rich culture and achievements of Blacks/African Americans. We have an ongoing commitment to a culture of inclusion, where diversity is celebrated and where every person can be her or his authentic self. RNDC and Young’s truly values the unique perspectives, experiences, and contributions of our diverse associates, communities, and business partners.
Broadening our understanding of the many different cultures represented here at RNDC can lead to an authentic appreciation for our colleagues, communities, and customers. This year, we proudly continue the tradition of celebrating Heritage Months. Each unique month will provide an opportunity to create greater awareness and build inclusive excellence into our DNA.
February is Black History Month (BHM). While most agree that the history of Blacks in America is not separate from American history, February is nationally designated for celebrating the countless contributions and accomplishments of Black Americans.
Each week, we will showcase some of our talented colleagues AND keep it fun by exploring an important piece of the Black Experience – MUSIC! After all, music often bridges cultural differences and allows us to focus on a common interest.
