Erin Michael

Corporate Controller

Erin has been appointed to the Corporate Controller position to lead and oversee financial accounting, tax, enterprise business services, and FP&A . She will also have responsibility for coordinating and RNDC’s enterprise-wide governance and compliance initiatives. 

Erin has a BBA, with a concentration in Accounting from East Tennessee State University, an MAcc, from The University of Georgia and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.  

Erin spent seven years at Ernst & Young in the audit practice serving both public and private companies. She then joined Delta Air Lines in the Financial Reporting group, serving in management roles in Finance and Accounting.  

She joined the RNDC family in 2015 as a Corporate Accounting Manager and she has progressed in Finance, serving as the Director of Accounting and most recently the VP of Corporate Accounting. With a passion for coaching and career development, Erin has enhanced internal technical accounting and GAAP reporting, streamlined processes, and implemented new technologies at RNDC.  

Erin is honored to also be a member of the Parents+ ARG, an associate resource group that provides a support system for working parents in all phases of parenthood and career. This ARG has allowed her the forum and empowerment to embrace her day-to-day routine as a working parent to three children. 

Erin spends much of her free time on a ball field or traveling to Tennessee to visit family.
