Grand Prairie, Texas, July 10, 2020 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), together with Young’s Market Company (YMCO), announced today that it has signed a new agreement with Frederick Wildman and Sons LTD and will assume additional distribution rights in 25 states effective September 1, 2020.
“We are very excited about expanding our relationship with Frederick Wildman and Sons and look forward to building the business together,” said RNDC/YMCO Chief Operating Officer Bob Hendrickson.
“We are thrilled to have our volumetric wines, which include Riunite, Bolla, Folonari, Maschio Prosecco, and Cavicchioli Prosecco, aligned under the RNDC/Young’s Market Company network,” said Frederick Wildman President and Chief Operating Officer Marc Hirten. “This further consolidation will allow Frederick Wildman and Sons to gain a significant increase in focus with independent retailers and leading national accounts in both the on-premise and off-premise channels.”
As of September 1, 2020, RNDC/Young’s will distribute Frederick Wildman and Sons selected brands in Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.
